We use PayPal to handle all the credit card processing;

guaranteeour hardware
products against any kind of manufacturing defect, however, our responsibility
is limited to those items recognised as faulty by ourselves. If your hardware product
should develop such a fault within 28 days of purchase we will repair it, or
exchange it for an equivalent product if available, or if you prefer, refund
your money. Contact us as soon as you find a defect with your item
and we will then issue you a returns number so that we can track it. We
will refund any shipping charges incurred in an authorised return of faulty merchandise.

You are our business and if you are unhappy we will make every effort to correct
the problem. Should all else fail we offer you a 7 day cooling off period from
the date that you receive the goods. Should you decide to return the goods then
please contact us and we will issue you with a returns number. Then return the
item in an unused condition along with the original packing and a copy of the
sales receipt. We will then give you a full refund within 30 days although you will be responsible
the cost of return.
